Résumé:
Production of potatomini-tubersis the traditional intermediate step to growin the field the plant
material generatedin vitro as healthy seed, free from any bacterial or viral infection. Our study was
conducted at the SAGRODEV company located in Guellal (Setif). It deals with a comparison of the
G0seeds of four potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) varieties, namely Spunta, Désirée, Bartina and
Kondor. Growth vigor traits such as stem length, number of leaves and branches were measured.Other
agronomic traits relate to the number mini-tubers andtheir weight produced by size were also
determined. The results obtained indicate that Bartina, Kondor and Spunta varieties show a good
recovery of theirvitro-plants after acclimation with a relatively low loss rate as compared to Désirée.
Spunta is the highest variety; Désirée produces more leaves while Bartina exhibits greater branches.
The results show also that the overall yield measured is representative of the tuberization potential for
those varieties. It is clear to see that Bartina has the highest number of big mini-tubers size, while
Spunta is yielder in terms of the smaller ones.
