Summary: Real estate ownership is considered the only legal means to achieve security and stability, as well as to reduce chaos and disputes in this field. This has prompted the Algerian legislator to establish certain mechanisms, the most important of which are the Certificate of Possession and property investigation in unsurveyed lands, and land surveying as a mechanism for surveyed lands.
