Abstract: In light of technological advancements and the widespread use of the intemet across various commercial sectors, electronic contracts have gained significant prominence in the field of contracts. With the proliferation of information technology and the emergence of electronic devices facilitating the conclusion and widespread adoption of electronic contracts, it has become imperative to ensure legal protection for the weaker party in this relationship, namely the consumer.
