Study summary The specialised commercial court, created by virtue of law n°22-13 modifying and completing law n°08-09 on the code of civil and administrative procedure, It is a judicial tool that aims to judge commercial disputes through its commercial section. The Algerian legislator has worked to organise it in the second part of chapter four, in articles 536 bis to 536 bis 7 of the same code. As well as by the two executive decrees which are: n°23-52 fixing the conditions and modalities of choice of assessors working in the commercial court and n°23-53 fixing the territorially competent jurisdictions for the commercial courts.
