ABSTRACT: This study addresses the issue of green space management in Algerian legislation, seeking to analyze the legal framework governing these vital spaces and the mechanisms for their protection. This study is of great importance in light of contemporary environmental challenges and the urgent need to maintain ecological balance in Algerian cities. The study is divided into two main chapters: the first focuses on the general legal framework for green spaces, and the second addresses the legal mechanisms for protecting green spaces. Through this analysis, the study aims to reveal the effectiveness of Algerian legislation in managing these spaces, identify existing legal loopholes, and propose appropriate solutions.Thesis
