Abstract: Start-ups are among the ideal modern modelsthat have begun to assertthemselvesforcefully in various countries around the world, as theyachieveeconomic diversification. Therefore, the Algerian state and legislator have sought to frame start-ups with a set of legal and regulatorytexts. This studyaims to shed light on the legal system for start-ups in light of new developments, beginningwith an examination of the conceptualframework and legal system for these institutions. It includes provisions and measuresspecific to them, such as the National Committee for Granting the Start-up Label, business incubators, and stimulatingtaxincentivesaimedatencouraging and promotingthis type of institution to enter the business world successfully. These institutions are a fundamentalpillar in supporting the developmentprocess by absorbingunemployment and providing job opportunities. However, these institutions still face several obstacles.
