Abstract: Our research topic entitled, "The Structure of Character in the Novel Hanin by YacineNouar", aimed to explore and understand the nature of character in the novel, considering it a central element in narrative construction. The study addressed the definition of character and its various types, in addition to its physical, psychological, and social dimensions. It also examined the role of character in driving events and shaping the plot, analyzing its development within the narrative and its relationship with other narrative elements such as time and space.Thesis
