Abstract: The stock exchange is one of the largest financial institutions that reflects the economic strength of any country. Following Algeria’s adoption of a new economic system and the issuance of Decree No. 93-10 concerning the stock exchange, several provisions were enacted to provide legal protection for the stock market, both civilly and criminally.
