Les résultats obtenus montrent que la maîtrise des facteurs ambiants température, humidité, ventilation et qualité de l’air ainsi que l’aménagement technique des bâtiments influencent directement la santé, le bien être et les performances des animaux. Les écarts observés entre les deux unités visitées confirment l’impact du niveau d’équipement sur les résultats zootechniques. Ce mémoire recommande ainsi une gestion rigoureuse de l’ambiance des bâtiments et un renforcement de la formation technique des éleveurs, en vue d’améliorer l’efficacité productive et de se conformer aux standards de qualité internationaux At the conclusion of this study, it becomes evident that an integrated evaluation of zootechnical performance and environmental parameters is a critical driver for optimizing turkey farming, particularly within the Algerian context. The findings demonstrate that effective control of environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, ventilation, and air quality alongside proper technical design of poultry houses, plays a decisive role in improving animal welfare and production efficiency. The differences observed between the two visited farms highlight the influence of infrastructure quality on zootechnical outcomes. Therefore, this thesis strongly recommends the implementation of precise environmental management and the enhancement of technical training for farmers, in order to raise production standards and align with international quality benchmarksfrThesis
