Abstract:
Family upbringing is a group of methods that the family follows in dealing with its children regarding his studies, according to the different study habits from one family to another in the study and repeated study situations, and is subject to the individual’s will and serious interest in studying, and this may be the main question of this study as follows: What are the methods of family upbringing With regard to the academic life of the student studying at the secondary level?
And under the cover of this question a group of sub-questions: What are the common study habits of high school students? Is there a relationship between the family upbringing in the normal and abnormal forms and the study habits of secondary school students?
To achieve this, the research was divided into 5 chapters within each chapter, a group of interrelated elements, as we talked in the first chapter on the conceptual framework of the study, the second chapter on family upbringing in terms of mechanisms, methods and patterns, and the third chapter on study habits in terms of importance, indicators and patterns, and the fourth chapter On the relationship between family upbringing and study habits, the fifth chapter is concerned with the field side of the study and its fields Add to this the most important element, which is the curriculum, in which the descriptive approach was relied on, as well as the data collection tools: observation, interview, form.
