دور البنوك التجارية في تمويل التجارة الخارجية

Abstract

التجارة الخارجية تعتبر من بين القطاعات التي توليها مختلف الدول في العالم اهتماما كبيرا نظرا لدور هذه الأخيرة في تطوير اقتصاديات هذه الدول , عن طريق تنشيط العلاقات بين مختلف الأعوان والمتعاملين الذين يقيمون في دول مختلفة , ومن أجل تيسير وتسهيل هذه المبادلات والعمليات تتدخل البنوك التجارية في تمويل مختلف عمليات التجارة الخارجية . كما يبرز دور البنوك التجارية بإعطاء ومنح قروض لتمويلها سواء كانت هذه القروض قصيرة الأجل أو متوسطة وطويلة الأجل ,من خلال أساليب وآليات لتمويلها مثل الاعتماد المستندي والتحصيل المستندي وعقد تحويل الفاتورة ,وكما أن هناك قروض تتمثل في قرض المورد وقرض المشتري وأساليب أخرى لكل من الأساليب التي توصلنا إليها . الكلمات المفتاحية: البنوك التجارية، التجارة الخارجية، الاعتماد المستندي، القرض. Abstract : Foreign trade is considered among the sectors that various countries in the world pay great attention to due to the role of the latter in the development of the economies of these countries, by activating relations between different agents and dealers residing in different countries, and in order to facilitate these exchanges and processes, commercial banks intervene in financing various foreign trade operations. It also highlights the role of commercial banks by giving and granting loans to finance them, whether they are short-, medium- and long-term loans, through methods and mechanisms to finance them such as documentary credit, documentary collection and bill transfer contract, and there are loans consisting of a supplier loan, a buyer's loan and other methods for each of the methods we have reached.
