قامت الدولةالجزائرية بالعديد من المحاولات، كما أنهابذلت جهود كبيرة لتطويرودعم الاقتصاد الوطني، حيث اهتمت بالعقارالصناعي من خلال تنظيمها لمجموعة من النصوص القانونيةالتي تسعى إلى استحداثهابشكل مستمر،كمانجدأن المشرع حدد عقود استغلال العقارالصناعي وحدد طرق حل المنازعات الناجمةعنها وذلك كله بهدف دعم الاقتصادالوطني والسعي لجذب المستثمرين من خلال استحداث النصوص القانونية للقضاءعلى العراقيل التي تحول دون تشجيع الاستثماروتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية. Summary The Algerian state has made many attempts, and it has made great efforts to develop and support the national economy, as it has taken care of industrial real estate by organizing it with a set of legal texts that it seeks to develop on an ongoing basis.
