Abstract

ملخص لقد قمنا بدراسة تحليلية حول التحكيم الإلكتروني الذي يعتبر الطريقة الودية لتسوية المنازعات التجارية وقد ظهر التحكيم الإلكتروني في ضل تطور الحاصل على البشرية من عولمة وتكنولوجيا في عصرنا الحالي حيث يتم عن طريق الانترنت في مجال الاتصال حيث يتميز بالسرعة وقلت الجهد والوقت تناولت هذه الدراسة كيف يتم التحكيم الإلكتروني في ظل المنازعات التجارية ، وبقاء على اتفاق الأطراف حيث ان ارادتهم هي من تنظم عملية. حيث ان ارادتهم هي من تنظم عملية التحكيم بأكملها. الا انه بالرغم من ذلك فإن قواعد الاجرائية التي تضعها مراكز التحكيم تلعب دورا مهما لضمان تطبيق العدالة منذ بداية عرض النزاع إلى غاية صدور وتنفيذه. 2-بالغة الإنجليزية: We have conducted an analytical study on electronic arbitration, which is considered the friendly method for settling commercial disputes.
