التجارة الالكترونية في ظل جائحة كورونا

Abstract

في ظل تفشي جائحة كورونا ( كوفيد 19 وما صاحبها من اختلال في أغلب الأنشطة، على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي ارتأينا أن من خلال هذه المذكرة تسليط الضوء على المجالات التي تأثرت إيجابا في الظروف الراهنة، ومنبين القطاعات التي ساعدتها الجائحة على النمو هو مجال " التجارة الإلكترونية " الذي عرف نموا ملحوظا وغير مسبوق خلال الفترات الحجر التي طبقتها معظم الدول، ومن بينها الجزائر التي لم تكن تولي هذا المجال الاهتمام الكافي، غير أنها تداركت الأمر في فترة الأزمة مما سمح لها بتحسين وضعها في الترتيب ضمن مؤشر التجارة الإليكترونية على المستوى العالمي.

Summary: In light of the outbreak of the Corona pandemic (Covid 19) and the accompanying disruption in most activities, at the local and international levels, we thought that through this note shedding light on the areas that have been positively affected in the current circumstances, and among the sectors that the pandemic helped to grow is the field of “e-commerce”. Which witnessed remarkable and unprecedented growth during the stone periods that most countries applied, including Algeria, which did not pay enough attention to this area, but it corrected the matter during the crisis period, which allowed it to improve its position in the ranking within the e-commerce index at the global level.
