Abstract

يهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على آثار تكنولوجيا العالموالاتصال ومساهمتها في ميلادالاقتصاد الرقمي وواقعه في الدول العربية وفي الجزائر، والتعرف على الصيرفة الإلكترونية التي تعد من الآثار البارزة له، والتي استطاعت بتطبيقاتها تخفيض التكلفة وزيادة حجم السوق المستهدف من خلال ظهور ما يعرف بالبنوك الإلكترونية هذا الكيان المصرفي الجديد الذي فتح فرص جديدة للمتعاملين الاقتصاديين، والذي حمل في طياته العديد من المخاطر والتحديات التي تهدد العمليات المصرفية الإلكترونية. ومن جهة أخرى هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على البطء الشديد الذي تعاني منه البنوك الجزائرية خلال عملية التحول نحو الصيرفة الإلكترونية، رغم كل الجهود المبذولة الصالح جهازها المصرفي، وتحديث وعصرنة وسائل الدفع إلا أنها ال تزال بعيدة كل البعد عن ذلك Summary: This studyaims to identify the effects of information and communication technology and its contribution to the birth of the patchwork economy and its reality in the Arab countries and Algeria, and to identifyelectronicbanking, whichis one of the prominenteffects of it, and whose applications were able to reduce the cost and increase the size of the targetmarketthrough the emergence of whatisknown as electronicbanks.
