Abstract

تتناول هذه المذكرة موضوع "التنظيم القانوني لعقد العمل الرياضي"، وتهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على الجوانب القانونية التي تحكم العقود في مجال الرياضة لا سيما في الجزائر من خلال تحليل العقود الرياضية من الناحية القانونية والتعرف على القوانين واللوائحالمعمول بها في هذا المجال. تستعرضالمذكرة بداية مفهوم العقد الرياضي وأهميته في تنظيم العلاقات بين اللاعبين والأندية والمنظمات الرياضية. ثم تتطرق إلى المبادئ القانونية العامة المطبقة على العقود الرياضية وتناقش عناصر هذه العقود لا سيما من جهة الالتزامات الواقعة على أطراف العقد الرياضي، لتختتم بعرض الجوانب القانونية المتعلقة بانقضاء العقود الرياضيةوالعواقب القانونية للخروج عن العقد. الكلمات المفتاحية عقد العمل - عقد العمل الرياضي - الرياضي - الرياضي. Summary This study addresses the topic of "The Legal Regulation of Sports Employment Contracts"and aims to shed light on the legal aspects that govern contracts in the field of sports, particularly inAlgeria. It analyzes sports contracts from a legal perspective and familiarizes the reader with thelaws and regulations applicable in this field. The study first introduces the concept of sports employment contracts and their significancein regulating relationships between players, clubs, and sports organizations. It then discusses thegeneral legal principles applied to sports contracts and examines the elements of these contracts,particularly the obligations imposed on the parties to the sports employment contract.
