Abstract

ملخص المجالات والقطاعات، خاصة قطاع التعليم، الذي استعمل ىذا القطاع بذكاء، فانتهج طريقة فعالة من خلال دمج قطاع التعليم التقليدي مع التقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة والدتطورة فكانت النتيجة تعليما حديثا يواكب التغيتَات التي يتعايش معها العالم أجمع ويعتمد على وسائل وتكنولوجيات الاتصال وقد أطلق عليو العديد من التسميات كالتعليم الرقمي، التعليم الالكتً وني، التعليم الدستحدث، التعليم غتَ الحضوري، التعليم الافتًاضي وغتَىا من الدصطلحات . وقامت الدولة الجزائرية بالدسارعة لدواكبة ىذا التحديث خاصة لاستغلالو في تسهيل ستَ الدنظومة التعليمية، وجامعة برج بوعريريج كغتَىا من الجامعات الجزائرية قامت بإنشاء خلية لتطبيق ىذه التقنية عبر منصات التعليم الرقمي الدتنوعة، وتكوين الأساتذة والطلبة لتفعيلها والإبقاء عليها، ويهدف موض وع بحثنا ودراستنا إلى الكشف عن لستلف الدشاكل والصعوبات التي تقف في وجو الستَ الحسن للتعليم الرقمي، وبذلك الخروج بحلول قادرة على تطويره أكثر فأكثر وتوفتَ بيئة مريحة وتطبيق سهل ومرن يستطيع الجميع فهمو والتمكن من استخدامو دون أي عراقيل. الكلمات الفتاحية: التعليم الرقمي، منصات التعليم. Abstract The current era is witnessing great technological progress and a tremendous development in communication techniques, which benefited various fields and sectors, especially the education sector, which used this sector intelligently, and adopted an effective method by merging the traditional education sector with modern and advanced technological technologies. The result was a modern education that keeps pace with the changes that the whole world coexists with it and relies on the means and technologies of communication. It has been called by many names such as digital education, e-learning, innovative education, non-visual education, virtual education and other terms. The Algerian state hastened to keep pace with this modernization, especially to exploit it in facilitating the functioning of the educational system, and the University of Borj Bou Arreridj, like other Algerian universities, has established a cell to apply this technology through the various digital education platforms, and to train teachers and students to activate and maintain it. The subject of our research and study aims to reveal various problems. And the difficulties that stand in the way of the good conduct of digital education, and thus come up with solutions that are able to develop it more and more and provide a comfortable environment and an easy and flexible application that everyone can understand and be able to use without any obstacles.
