Résumé:
Marine insurance plays an important and essential role in the field of maritime trade, as it provides guarantees to the owners of ships and goods transported by sea, and therefore they are not afraid to invest their money in this area. The marine insurance contract is the first to emerge from other types of insurance such as land insurance and air insurance, where the owners of ships and goods transported for a year resort to insurance because the cruise involves many risks. Despite the importance of the marine insurance contract in the field of maritime trade, we note that we do not see any impact on the Algerian maritime regulation, but it is the Algerian Legislation and Civil Insurance Law that governs its provisions.
