Abstract

Algeria has approved, in its national legislation or through the agreements it concludes, whether bilateral or multilateral, guarantees for the investor, whether national or foreign, especially in light of the new law related to investment 22/18, and this is with the aim of encouraging national investments in general and foreign ones in particular, and for this it worked to provide a reason to achieve These guarantees are through guaranteeing political stability, encouragement, protection of intellectual property, provision of real estate property, freedom of transfer of capital...etc. However, the effectiveness of these guarantees remains relative through the exceptions approved by the law in some fields, including the field of media and aviation...etc. Keywords :capital transfer, intellectual property, real estate property
