Abstract

تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الإدارة الالكترونية لقطاع العدالة في إطار العصرنة كنموذج عن التسيير الالكتروني للمرفق العام، ذلك أن قطاع العدالة في الجزائر كان سباقا في اعتماد مشاريع الإصلاح الأساسية والتي كان على رأسها تحدي عصرنة القطاع، وتحسين تقديم الخدمة العمومية، وهو ما جعل قطاع العدالة رائدا في هذا المجال من خلال تطبيق تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصال في الهياكل الإدارية والتنظيمية، وكذا اعتمادها حتى في مواجهة المتقاضين، وكل ذلك بهدف ضمان التحول نحو تقديم خدمات الكترونية، وهو أهم جانب تم تحقيقه في إطار البرنامج الخاص بعصرنة قطاع العدالة في الجزائر.
