dc.description.abstract |
The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between training programs and entrepreneurial behavior among students, provided by the Entrepreneurship Center and Business Incubator at Mohamed El-Bachir El-Ibrahimi University in Bordj Bou Arreridj, as well as to understand the different types of training programs, their levels, and the level of entrepreneurial behavior among students. Additionally, the study attempted to determine statistically significant differences for gender and specialization variables.
To achieve the study objectives, the researchers used a descriptive-analytical approach to obtain the necessary data. A questionnaire was employed to measure the dimensions of entrepreneurial behavior and training programs, comprising 51 items. The questionnaire was administered to a purposive sample of 55 students from various disciplines at Mohamed El-Bachir El-Ibrahimi University in Bordj Bou Arreridj.
The researchers utilized the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for data processing, employing statistical methods such as mean, signal test, standard deviation, Mann-Whitney U test, and Kendall's tau-b correlation coefficient.
The study yielded several results:
- The results indicated a high level of training programs provided by the Entrepreneurship Center and Business Incubator for students at Mohamed El-Bachir El-Ibrahimi University in Bordj Bou Arreridj.
- It was found that the level of entrepreneurial behavior among students at Mohamed El-Bachir El-Ibrahimi University in Bordj Bou Arreridj is high.
- Our study has also concluded that there is no significant relationship between the training programs provided by the Entrepreneurship Center and the business incubator affiliated with Mohamed El-Bashir El-Ibrahimi University in the province of Bordj Bou Arreridj and the entrepreneurial behavior of students at Mohamed El-Bashir El-Ibrahimi University.
- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of entrepreneurial behavior attributed to the gender variable (males/females).
- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of training programs attributed to the gender variable (males/females).
- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of entrepreneurial behavior attributed to the specialization variable (scientific/humanities).
- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of training programs attributed to the specialization variable (scientific/humanities) |
