Résumé:
Perovskite-based solar cells represent a transformative approach to photovoltaic technology, combining high efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. The current numerical simulation of solar cell-based perovskite, employing RbGeI3 as absorber, ETL like C60 and CBTS as HTL is simulated by SCAPS-1D. The suggested configuration of ITO/C60/RbGeI3/CBTS/Ag examined in terms of JSC, VOC, FF, and Efficiency by varying the thickness, temperature, doping, defects, RS and RSH. Results show an excellent PCE of 24.62%, a FF of 82.8%, a VOC of 0.99 V, and a JSC of 33.20 mA/cm2. This study provides a promising perspective for the improvement of perovskite solar cells.
