آليات الرقابة على المؤسسات المصرفية في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

يتعلق موضوع الرقابة المصرفية بمجال حيوي في الإقتصاد الذي يشمل قطاع البنوك الذي يعد أكثر المجالات عرضة للمخاطر والاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي، والتأكد من سلامة المراكز المالية للبنوك والمؤسسات المالية وتحقيق الاستقرار النقدي، فالجزائر تعتمد على اجهزة رقابية متعددة بهدف الحفاظ على استقرار الجهاز المصرفية وتفعيل الرقابة المصرفية في حل الازمات المختلفة، ذلك للوصول الى الادارة السليمة لأعمال البنوك والمؤسسات المالية، ومدى احترامها للأحكام التشريعية المعمول بها. Résumé: Rapport avec l'objet de la supervision bancaire dans le domaine des dynamiques de l'économie ce qui inclut le secteur bancaire. il s'agit des zones et l'intégration les plus vulnérables dans l'économie mondiale. incitation attention de gestionnaires a la sécurité de cette région pour assurer la stabilité financières et assurer la sécurité de la situation financière des banques et autres institution financières et parvenir à la stabilité monétaire L'Algérie repose sur plusieurs dispositifs de commande afin de maintenir la stabilité du système bancaire et l'activation de la supervision bancaire dans la résolution des différents crises afin d'atteindre la bonne gestion de la réalisation des banques et institution financières ainsi que le respect des disposition de la législation applicable.
