Abstract

تناولت هذه المذكرة موضوع " الممارسة غير شرعية لمهنة الصيدلة مابين قانون العقوبات وقانون الصيدلة "، تهدف إلى تبيان الممارسات الغير الشرعية لمهنة الصيدلة وتبيان الآثار المترتبة عنها . تستعرض المذكرة في البداية الأحكام التنظيمية لمهنة الصيدلة، من مفهوم الصيدلة، ومتطلبات ممارسة هذه المهنة والتزاماتها، كما تستعرض أيضا مختلف المسؤوليات التي تقع على عاتق الصيدلي في حالة الإخلال بالتزاماته أو ارتكابه لخطأ أو جريمة، وتكون إما مسؤولية جزائية، أو مسؤولية تأديبية، أو مسؤولية مدنية . الكلمات المفتاحية: مهنة الصيدلة، الصيدلي، الممارسة غير شرعية، المسؤولية، الصحة .
