Abstract

اعتمدت الجزائر منذ بداية الألفية، على السياسةالوطنية لتهيئةالإقليم التي يساهم فيها إلى جانبمؤسساتالدولة كل الفاعلين المحليين والقطاع العام والقطاع الخاصوالمجتمع المدني، من أجل تطوير التنميةالوطنيةبصفةعامةوتنميةالجماعاتالمحليةبصفةخاصة،تهيئةالإقليم، وعدمتركالإقليمللمصادفةوالفوضى، ويعدالمخططالوطنيلتهيئةالإقليمأحدأهمالرهاناتالتنمويةالكبرىالتيتعمل على تنميةالترابالوطنيويترجمآفاقالإستراتيجيةالرئيسيةللسياسةالوطنيةلتهيئةالإقليموالتنميةالمستدامة،وهومنأهمالخططفالعشريةالأخيرةوالتيتشكلرهاناوطنياوتحدياللبناءوالتنميةالمستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المخطط الوطني، التنمية المستدامة، الفاعلون في تهيئة الإقليم. Abstract: Since the beginning of the millennium, Algeria has relied on the national policy of preparing the region, in which all local actors, the public sector, the private sector and civil society contribute, in addition to state institutions, in order to develop national development in general and the development of local groups in particular, prepare the region, and not leave the region to chance and chaos. The national plan for the preparation of the region is one of the most important major development bets that workto develop the national territory and translates the main strategic horizons of the national policy for the preparation of the region and sustainable development. It is one of the most important plans in the last decade that constitute a national bet and a challenge for construction and sustainable development.
