Résumé:
Industrial real estate is considered a main pillar of any industrial project, and it could only be properly exploited through prior development and good management. Industrial lands have their own special management systems, notably: industrial zones, activity zones, free zones and special zones, as well as administrative and legislative regulations that ensure its reasonable usage. Thus, the Algerian legislature has coined a number of laws regarding industrial property, and it did so since independence in 1962 and until the latest changes to investment law in 2022, that in addition to the administrative systems that were put in place to ensure proper management. The goal is for industrial land to achieve an active and potent role in industrial growth and in reviving the national economy, as well as diversification to escape the trap of dependency on fossil fuel exports.
