Résumé:
The rights to their owners were divided in an organized and framed manner, through the enactment of laws that ensure the protection of these rights, represented in national laws and international laws in the form of agreements and treaties, and intellectual property was naturally divided automatically into a special section of industrial property under which patents, trademarks and all that It has a commercial nature, and another section is concerned with literary and artistic property, which is what is known as copyright and neighboring rights. The legislator has followed suit, like the rest of the comparative legislation to protect these rights by establishing a complete legal system concerned with regulating these rights, as well as joining international treaties and agreements related to these intellectual rights.
