Résumé:
This study addresses mechanisms for combating customs crime in Algerian legislation, since customs offences, like other offences, have legal frameworks that are regulated by the legislation of the Customs Code. They are serious offences and therefore have a negative impact on the economic side and are therefore called economic offences.
The legislator of the Customs Code has identified qualified agents for the tracking of customs offences, as well as a set of special legal means that the legislator has used to pursue crimes.
What can be deduced in this study is that the customs crime has characteristics that distinguish it from other crimes, which makes these crimes special in the procedures and means that the
