Abstract

Résumé Se lever tôt, se déplacer à la mairie pour extraire des actes, être forcer de revenir à la maison à cause des documents oubliés qui sont exigés pour l’extraction, et dans la plupart du temps la chaine des citoyens est assez longue. Disant que vous avez tous les prérequis, l’agent de la mairie peut même faire des erreurs dans l’acte. Tous ces problèmes peuvent être complètement résolus et même disparus a jamais, on appliquant un système d’authentification biométrique par l’empreinte digitale. Notre projet consiste à développer un distributeur biométrique des documents d’état civil dédié aux citoyens pour permettre l’extraction de leurs documents d’état civil dans le but d’éviter les problèmes précédents et simplifier les démarches administratives. Afin de réaliser ce projet nous avons utilisé : UML, Matlab, Adobe Illustrator et la base de données des empreintes digitales FVC 2002. Abstract Getting up early, going to town hall to retrieve records, being forced to come home because of forgotten documents that are required for retrieval, and most of the time the citizens' chain is quite long. Saying you have all the prerequisites, the city hall agent may even make mistakes in the act. All of these problems can be completely solved and even gone forever by applying a biometric fingerprint authentication system. Our project consists of developing a biometric fingerprint authentication system that works in automatic dispenser, dedicated to citizens to allow the extraction of their civil status documents in order to avoid the above problems and simplify administrative procedures. In order to carry out this project we used: UML, Matlab, Adobe Illustrator and the FVC 2002 fingerprint database.
