يعتبر الفساد ظاهرة من الظواهر المتفشية في جميع المجالات خاصة مع التطور الهائل على مستوى جميع الأصعدة وخاصة منها في دول العالم الثالث مما صعب من تطور هذه الدول على حد سواء مما استدعى إلى إبرام عدة اتفاقيات من بينها اتفاقيات الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والاتفاقيات الأوروبية الجنائية حول الفساد والاتحاد الإفريقي لمنع الفساد ومكافحته مما ساهم في الحد من هذه الظاهرة على المستوى العالمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الشفافية، تصريح بالممتلكات، حق التقاضي، الرشوة، غسيل الأموال. Summary: Corruption isconsidered a widespreadphenomenon in all fields, especiallywith the tremendousdevelopmentat all levels, especially in third world countries, which has made itdifficult for the development of these countries alike, whichnecessitated the conclusion of severalagreements, including the United Nations anti-corruption conventions and the Europeancriminal conventions on corruption. And the African Union to Prevent and Combat Corruption, whichcontributed to reducingthisphenomenonat the global level.
