إن التطور الحاصل في حياة المجتمع مس العديد من المجالات، ولا شك أن كل مجال يشهد جرائم خاصة به، و رغم اختلاف خطورتها تبقى تشكل خطرا يهدد حسن سير أي مجال، و هو ما يشهده المجال الاقتصادي، حيث أن الجرائم الاقتصادية عرفت هي الأخرى تطورا خطيرا، فتعددت أشكالها وتنوعت، وأضحت تهدد السياسة الاقتصادية لكل دولة. إن المجال الاقتصادي ورغم ما يتمتع به من حرية، إلا أن المشرع الجزائري تدخل لضبطه وتنظيمه من خلال إقرار نصوص تجرم كل فعل من شأنه المساس بالسياسة الاقتصادية للدولة، فتضمنت هذه النصوص أنواع الجرائم الاقتصادية و العقوبات المقررة عليها، كما تضمنت آليات مكافحتها.كل هذا، تطرقنا إليه من خلال دراستنا لموضوع الجريمة الاقتصادية، حيث بدأنا في الفصل الأول بإطار مفاهيمي يتضمن تعريف الجريمة الاقتصادية وأركانها وأسباب انتشارها، وكذا أنواعها، ثم انتقلنا في الفصل الثاني إلى الإطار الإجرائي المتضمن آليات مكافحة الجريمة الاقتصادية والإجراءات القانونية المعتمدة من خلال آليات الوقاية وكذا آليات العقوبة. Althoughtheydiffer in terms of theirgravity, itstillkeepsposing a threat to the properfunctioning of anyfield, and thisiswhat the sphere of economyiswitnessing in thateconomicoffences have seenseriousdevelopments. This ends up threatening the economicpolicy of each State. Despite the freedomthatcharacterises the economicsphere, the Algerian legislation has alwayssought to control and regulateit via the adoption of legislationswhich criminalise anyactwhichcanendanger the State'seconomicpolicy. These provisions include types of economicoffences and the penalties prescribed for them. It alsoincludesmeasuresdesigned to combat them. All of thiswasaddressedthroughour exploration of the notion of economic crime, whereaswestarted in chapter I with a conceptualframeworkwhich comprises the definition of economic crime, itselements, causes of itsspread, as well as its types. Wethenmoved in chapter II to the proceduralframework of mechanisms to combat economic crime and the legalproceduresadoptedthroughpreventive as well as punitive sanctions.
