هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم الاستراتيجيات الحديثة التي تبنتها الدولة من أجل تحديث وتطوير أداء المرافق العامة والمتمثلة في الإدارة الإلكترونية كأحد أهم الخيارات لتقليص الإجراءات البيروقراطية وتسهيل تقديم الخدمات العامة للمواطن، وهو ما تم تجسيده في معظم القطاعات الحكومية ولعل قطاع العدالة أحد أهم هذه النماذج الرائدة الذي قطع شوطا كبيرا في مجال رقمنة معظم الخدمات الإدارية وتطويرها بما يتناسب والتطورات الحاصلة في هذا المجال. الكلمات المفتاحية:-الإدارة الإلكترونية - المرفق العام – المواطن Abstract: This study aimed to identify the Most important modern stratégies adopted by the state in order to modernize and develop the performance of public facilities, which is represented by electronic management as one of the most important options to reduce bureaucratic procedures and facilitate the provision of public services to citizens, which was embodied in most sectors of government and perhaps the justice sector is one of the most important of these pioneering models, which has come a long way in the field of digitization and development of most administrative services in proportion to developments in this field - key word: The electronic administration - the public institutions – the citizen –
