ومن خلال دراستنا لموضوع دور الطب الشرعي في الكشف عن الجريمة تبن أن الطب الشرعي هو الأساس لحل الجرائم المشبوهة والتي يقتضي على الشرطة القضائية معرفة أسباب وفاة الضحية واستعانتهم بأطباء خبراء وهم أطباء الطب الشرعي لفحص الملابس، الشعر، الأصابع، وتحديد نوع السلاح المستعمل في الجريمة، وتحليل الإصابات عن طريق تشريح الجثة على مستوى المراكز الصحية والمستشفيات. فالشرطة تمنح لهم تسخيرة للتنقل معها لمسرح الجريمة، وكل ما استنتجه الطبيب الخبير يحرره في قالب رسمي يسمى "تقرير الطب الشرعي"، ومن ثم ينقل هذا التقرير للقاضي مرفوقا بكل الدلائل والبراهين التي من شأنها إدانة المتهم ومن هنا نجد أن للقاضي السلطة التقديرية للعمل به أو نفي هذا الدليل. From here, conclude that forensic medicine is basis for solving suspicious crimes, which requires the judicial police to determine the cause of the victims death and seek the assistance of expert doctors , namely forensic physicians, to examine clothing, hair, and fingers, determine the type of weapon used in the crime, and analyze injuries by dissecting the body at health centers and hospitals. The police grant them permission to travel with them to the crime scene, and everything the expert doctor concludes is recorded in an official from called a forentic report. This report is then transferred to the judge, accompanied by all the evidence and proof that could convict the accused. From here we find that judge has the discretiont to act on it or deny this evidence.
