تحظى البنوك التجارية بمكانة هامة في الجهاز المصرفي، نظراللدورالبارزوالفعالالذيتُؤديهفيتمويلالقطاعاتالاقتصادية، وعليه يجب متابعة ومراقبة أنشطتها بصرامة وفعالية لضمان استقرارها، حيث تضفيالرقابةنوعمنالحمايةوالأمانوتظمن حسنسيرالجهازالمصرفي،لذلكسعتالجزائرإلىإحداثآلياتوأساليبجديدةللرقابةالمصرفية،ومنبينالأجهزةالمخوللهاممارسةالرقابة"البنكالمركزيالجزائري". تم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى موضوع آليات رقابة البنك المركزي الجزائري على البنوك التجارية، من خلال تحديد مختلف الوسائل والأساليب التي يستعملها بنك الجزائر لفرض رقابته، حرصا منه على سلامة المراكز المالية للبنوك وحماية لمصالح عملائها. الكلمات المفتاحية: البنك المركزي، البنوك التجارية، آليات الرقابة، الجهاز المصرفي. Summary Commercial banks have an important place in the banking system, due to the prominent and effective role they play in financing the economic sectors, and therefore their activities must be strictly and effectively monitored to ensure their stability, as supervision gives a kind of protection and safety and ensures the proper functioning of the banking system, so Algeria has sought to create new mechanisms and methods of banking supervision, and among the bodies authorized to exercise supervision is the Central Bank of Algeria. In this study, the Central Bank of Algeria's supervisory mechanisms over commercial banks were discussed, by identifying the various means and methods used by the Bank of Algeria to impose its supervision, in order to ensure the safety of banks' financial positions and protect the interests of their customers.
