يعد الاعتبار المالي و الشخصي وجهان لشركة واحدة فجميع الشركات التجارية بمختلف أنواعها تقوم على الإعتبارين الشخصي و المالي و إذ تفاوت نسبة تأثير كل منهما على هاته الشركةفإن الشركات التي تقوم على الاعتبار الشخصي يراعي فيها الصفات الشخصية و الثقة المتبادلة بين الشركاء و الغير لنجاح الشركة . و فيما يخص الشركات التي تقوم على الاعتبار المالي فالعبرة هي الأموال التي يقدمها الشريك ،فالغلبة هي الاعتبار المالي و مع ذلك فإن الاعتبار الشخصي لا يختفي كليا . Abstract : The financial and personal consideration are two aspects of one company. All commercial companies of all kinds are based on personal and financial considerations, and the percentage of their impact on this company varies. Companies based on personal consideration take into account personal qualities and mutual trust between partners and others for the success of the company. . With regard to companies that are based on a financial consideration, the lesson is the money provided by the partner. The financial consideration prevails, however, the personal consideration does not disappear completely. "
