ان ظهور الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطوره أدى الى ظهور جرائم الذكاء الاصطناعي الأمر الذي يدفع بأغلب التشريعات ان لم نقل كلها الى تنظيم هذا النوع من الجرائم ووجب توفر ركنين أساسيين هما الركن المادي والركن المعنوي ورغم تنوع الأشخاص المكلفين بمتابعة الجرائم المتعلقة بالذكاء الاصطناعي الا أن اجراءات متابعة هذا النوع من الجرائم لم تشكل تحديا قانونيا مع التطورات الحديثة والقضاء على التفاوت الحاصل في هذا المجال لتحقيق التعاون الدولي وكختام يمكننا القول بأن جرائم الذكاء الاصطناعي تشكل تهديدا كبيرا للبشرية وللأمن العالمي ورغم الجهود التي بذلت ولا زالت تبذل الا أن الاجراءات تبقى غير قادرة على الحل نظرا لسرعة التطور الذي يشهده هذا المجال أي الأشخاص المكلفونوالاجرائات اللازمة هم مجموع كما يشهد التعاون الدولي هو كذلك تطورا كبيرا . summary: The emergence and development of artificial intelligence has led to the emergence of artificial intelligence crimes, which prompts most, if not all, legislation to regulatethis type of crime. Two basic pillars must bepresent, namely the materialelement and the moral element. Despite the diversity of people chargedwithfollowing up on crimes related to artificial intelligence, the procedures for following up on this type are... Of crimes, they do not pose a legal challenge with modern developments and eliminating the disparityoccurring in thisfield to achieve international cooperation as a conclusion In conclusion, wecansaythatartificial intelligence crimes constitute a major threat to humanity and global security, and despite the efforts that have been made and are stillbeing made, the proceduresremain incapable of solution due to the rapiddevelopmentwitnessed in thisfield, i.e. the persons in charge and the necessaryprocedures are total, and international cooperationisalsowitnessing a greatdevelopment.
