لقد جاء القانون 4/18 حماية جزائية للاتصالاتالإلكترونية ويظهر ذلك من خلالتجرميهإفشاءالمراسلاتالإلكترونية اليت تشمل المكالماتالهاتفية وكل الاتصالات ذات الطابع الإلكتروني فيها الربيد التكوين،التي تعتبر حقا شخصيا الاعتداء عليه إلى ما استثناه القانون، فلقد تعدد جمال محاية المراسلاتالإلكترونيةفنجد هلا محاية دستورية وتشريعية ودولية وإقليمية وكذا استحداث وسائل فنية لذات الغرض، إضافة إلى ترجميه كلالأفعال اليت تسبب في انقطاع الإتصالاتالإلكترونية كليا أو جزئيا مبا فيها إتلاف أجهزة الإتصالاتالإلكترونيةوقطع الكابلات البحرية، مع تجرميه أيضا مباشرة أنشطة الإتصالاتالإلكترونية بطريقة غري مشروعة من خلالمخالفة أحكام التراخيص والتعامل في تجهيزاتالإتصالاتالإلكترونية. الكلمات المفتاحية:الإتصالاتالإلكترونية – الحماية الدستورية – القانون رقم 04/18.
