نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على دور مصالح الضرائب في مكافحة التهرب الضريبي حيث ساعدة هذه المصالح لوضع آليات قانونية لتنوير المؤسسات والأشخاص بضرورة دفع الضرائب المستحقة على عاتقهم كما وضعت آليات ردعية لمعاقبة كل من يخالف هذه الآليات ويسعى للتهرب سواء بحسن نية أو بسوء نية، وذلك بهدف تحصيل الأموال لإنعاش الخزينة العمومية من أجل تطوير الدولة في جميع المجلات . الكلمات المفتاحية: التهرب الضريبي، التحقيق المحاسبي، مصالح الضرائب.
