تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى إظهار مدى أهمية أنظمة ادارة المخاطر لدى شركات التأمين، حيث تعد وظيفة ادارة المخاطر آلية انذار مبكر في مواجهة مختلف الأزمات والمخاطر، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى مختلف وسائل ادارة الخطر وكيفية وضع برامج وبناء أنظمة لإدارتها وكيفية العمل بها في شركة التأمين، لأنه وباختصار هذه الادارة هي الوظيفية التي تضمن لشركات التأمين وباقي المؤسسات بصفة عامة البقاء والاستمرارية في ظل الظروف البيئة المتغيرة والمعقدة. الكلمات المفتاحية: شركات التأمين، ادارة المخاطر، ادارة مخاطر الاقتصادية، ادارة مخاطر المصرفية والقرض، اعادة التأمين، واليات مواجهتها. Abstract: This memorandumaims to show the importance of risk management systems in insurancecompanies, as the risk management functionis an early warning mechanism in the face of various crises and risks, by addressing the variousmeans of risk management, how to develop programs and buildsystems to manage them, and how to workwiththem in the insurancecompany, Because, in short, this administration is the functionalthatguaranteesinsurancecompanies and other institutions in generalsurvival and continuity in light of the changing and complexenvironmental conditions.
