This studyincludes a definition of the administrative bodies concernedwithcombating corruption in Algeria, as well as addressing the contents of the legislativetexts of legalmechanisms and administrative and penalprocedures. Preventingfallingintothisphenomenon, which in itsentiretyconstitutes (organizations and procedures) the framework Legal Anti-Corruption in Algerian Legislation. Administrative corruption is a phenomenonthat affects the state’seconomy, and combatingitisrepresented in the criminalization of some public official’s actions that affect the public interest, so the legislator has arranged penalties for it - Law No. 01/06 related to the prevention and 160 control of corruption, and the National Authority for the Prevention and Control of Corruption has been constitutionalized and considered an administrative authority Independent and the establishment of the Central Office to suppress corruption.
