It highlights the types of abuses managers may face, especially regarding amendments to employment contracts or actions by the company's administration, while clarifying the legal protection mechanisms available to them. One of the key points emphasized in the study is the possibility of exempting managers from civil or criminal liability in certain cases, which helps provide effective legal protection during the exercise of their duties. In conclusion, the thesis stresses the importance of having a comprehensive legal protection system for managers to ensure the stability of companies and protect the interests of both the companies and the managers.
