جرائم الإمتناع لها أهمية بالغة في الوقت الحاضر نظرا لكثرتها وسرعة انتشارها وخطورتها التي تكمن في الجانب الخفي لها كونها ترتكب بالسلوك السلبي أو الإمتناع. الملاحظ أن التشريع الجزائري عظم وأولى اهتمامه بالجرائم الايجابية عكس الجريمة السلبية لذلكتمت دراسة هذا الموضوع بغية إبراز الأحكام المشتركة بين جرائم الامتناع بصفة عامة، ثم التطرق إلى تبيان الأحكام الخاصة بكل جريمة عن طريق إختيار بعض من التطبيقات المذكورة في التشريع الجزائري. الكلمات المفتاحية:جرائم، الإمتناع، السلوك السلبي، الجريمة السلبية. summary Abstention crimes are of great importance at the present time due to their abundance, rapid spread, and danger, which lies in the hidden side of them, as they are committed by passive behavior or abstinence. It is noticeable that the Algerian legislation has magnified and paid attention to the positive crimes as opposed to the negative crime. Therefore, this topic was studied in order to highlight the common provisions between the crimes of abstinence in general. Then, to clarify the provisions of each crime by selecting some of the applications mentioned in the Algerian legislation. Keywords:crimes, abstinence, negative behavior, negative crime.
