إن الثورة التكنولوجية التي يعيشها الإنسان اليوم أفرزت جرائم حديثة تتعلق بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، وتتسم هذه الجرائم بالتعقيد والتشابك، وصعوبة معرفة مرتكبيها وبمرونتها. هذا ما أدى إلى المسارعة بسن قوانين وتشريعات تتلاءم مع هذا النوع من الجرائم باعتبار أن القوانين الجزائية القديمة لا تتماشى مع هذه الجرائم نظرا لخصوصيتها. ولقد قام المشرع الجزائري بإحداث ترسانة من القوانين للوقاية من هذه الجرائم، بحيث تم إنشاء الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، بالإضافة إلى تحديد قواعد إجرائية تخص هذه الجرائم من مراقبة الاتصالات الإلكترونية، تفتيش المنظومة المعلوماتية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، الهيئة الوطنية، القواعد الإجرائية. Abstract: The technological revolution in which man is living today has resulted in modern crimes related to information and communication technologies. This is what led to the rush to enact laws and legislation that are in line with this type of crime, given that the old penal laws are not in line with these crimes due to their specificity. The Algerian legislator created an arsenal of laws to prevent these crimes, so that the National Authority for the Prevention of Crimes Related to Information and Communication Technologies was established, in addition to defining procedural rules related to these crimes from monitoring electronic communications to inspecting the information system.
