The study addressed an important aspect in the field of industrial property protection in general and the trademark in particular, as the trademark is an essential element of the commercial store, as it represents the link between the owner of the trademark and the consumer of the goods. The Algerian legislator may also intervene, like other legislation, by enacting laws to create effective mechanisms to combat any manifestation of trademark infringement by criminalizing all actions and behaviors that affect the exclusive rights resulting from owning the trademark and setting strict penalties to combat these crimes.
