مع التطور الكبير الذي شهدته وسائل وتكنولوجيات الاتصال والمعلومات، نتج عنه عدة تغيرات خاصة في مجال التجارة، والتي برز عنها ما يسمى بالتجارة الإلكترونية، المبادلات الإلكترونية، المستهلك الإلكتروني، التعاقد عن بعد، المورد...وغيرها من المفاهيم والمصطلحات الحديثة. ولقد أصبحت مسألة حماية المستهلك من المسائل المهمة في وقتنا الراهن باعتباره الطرف الضعيف في محور العملية الاستهلاكية، الأمر الذي أدى بأغلب الدول ومنها الجزائر الى تكريس آليات قانونية فعالة لحماية المستهلك الإلكتروني من كافة الاخطار التي تمسه خلال ابرامه للعقود الإلكترونية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المستهلك الإلكتروني، التجارة الإلكترونية، العقد الإلكتروني. Abstract : With the great development witnessed by the means and technologies of communication and information, it resulted in several changes, especially in the field of trade, which emerged from the so-called e-commerce, electronic exchanges, electronic consumer, remote contracting, supplier... And other modern concepts and terminoligy. The issue of consumer protection has become one of the important issues at the present time as the weak party at the center of the consumer process, which led most countries, including Algeria, to devote effective legal mechanisms to protect the electronic consumer from all the dangers that affect him during the conclusion of electronic contracts.
