تتناول هذه المذكرة موضوع "ممارسة مهنة الصيدلة في التشريع الجزائري"، وتهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على الجوانب القانونية التي تحكم مهنة الصيدلة لا سيما في الجزائر من خلال تحليل واستقراءالنصوص القانونية والتنظيمية المرتبطة بالمجال الصحي في الجزائر. تستعرض المذكرة بدايةماهية مهنة الصيدلة، ومتطلبات ممارستها، والتزامات الصيدلي تجاه مهنته وتجاه المستهلك، وطبيعة هذه الالتزامات، كما تستعرض أيضا مختلف المسؤوليات التي تقع على عاتق الصيدلي عند ممارسته لمهامه، سواء كانت مسؤوليات تأديبية أو مدنية أو جنائية. الكلمات المفتاحية: مهنة الصيدلة، الصيدلي،المسؤولية، الصحة. Summary: This study addresses the topic of "Pharmacy Practice in Algerian Legislation," with the aim of shedding light on the legal aspects that govern the pharmacy profession, particularly in Algeria, by analyzing and reviewing the legal and regulatory texts related to the health field in Algeria. The study first reviews the nature of the pharmacy profession, its requirements, the pharmacist's obligations towards their profession and towards the consumer, and the nature of these obligations. It also examines the various responsibilities that fall on the pharmacist when performing their duties, whether they are disciplinary, civil, or criminal.
