شركة المساهمة البسيطة من بين الشركات التجارية التي قام المشرع الجزائري بإعطائها أهمية كبيرة،باعتبارهاأهم نوع من أنواع شركات الأموال، وقد قام بإصدار مجموعة من القوانين لتسيير وتنظيم شركة المساهمة البسيطة،خصوصا بما يتعلق بتأسيسها، سواء كان التأسيس باللجوء العلني للادخارأو التأسيس الفوري، وقام بوضع مجموعة من الجزاءات جراء الإخلال بإجراءات التأسيس،وكذلك كل مايتعلق بإدارتها ومجالسها التي تعتبرالأساس في تسيرها وتنظيمها ومن خلال وجود جمعيات عامة لتسيرها، وشركة المساهمة البسيطة كغيرها من الشركات تنقضي لأسباب عامة والتي تنقضي بها الشركات التجارية بصفة عامة،وأسباب خاصة تنقضي بها بصفة خاصة. Among the commercial companies, we find the simple joint-stock company, which the Algerian legislator has given great importance as the most important type of financial company. He has stipulated a set of laws to manage and organize the simple joint-stock company, especially with regard to its establishment, whether the establishment is through public resort to savings or immediate establishment, and he has drawn up a group Of the penalties for violating the establishment procedures, as well as everything related to its management and councils, which are considered the basis for its management and organization, and through the presence of general assemblies to manage it. The simple joint-stock company, like other companies, expires for general reasons, which are the same as commercial companies in general, and special reasons for which the simple joint-stock company expires in particular‏
