للمنشآت المصنفة الدور الكبير في ضمان سير عملية التنمية، لكن على الرغم من أهميتها فان لها آثار سلبية ومخلفات خطيرة على البيئة والصحة العمومية من خلال الأضرار التي تترتب عن نشاطها والتلوث بمختلف انوعه، لذلك أخضعها القانون لجملة من الآليات القانونية والتقنية من أجل فرض الرقابة الإدارية القبلية والبعدية على استغلالها والحد من خطورتها وتنظيم عملها أكثر، وبالنظر لخطورتها على البيئة كان لبدى من تعديل القوانين المتعلقة بنظام عملها لتقليل من مخلفاتها وتداعياتها الخطيرة وكذا من أجل تقديم كل التسهيلات لجميع المستثمرين في المجال الصناعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: رقابة الادارية، منشآت مصنفة، حماية البيئة. Abstract: Classified establishments have a major role in ensuring the progress of the development process, but despite their importance, they also have negative impacts which threaten the safety of the environment and public health as their activities involve serious dangers, including pollution in order to achieveadministrative control over itsactivities, both prior and subsequent and to reduce the threat of its waste tothe environment, the law subjected it to a number of legal and technical mechanisms in order to impose tribal administrative control. and the dimension of exploiting it, reducing its danger, and organizing its work more, and in view of its danger to the environment, it was necessary to amend the laws related to its work system to reduce its waste and its dangerous repercussions, as well as in order to provide all facilities to all investors in the industrial field. keywords : Administrative, Classified establishments, environment protection
