تعد ظاهرة الفساد من أخطر الظواهر ، بغض النظر عن الأسباب المتعلقة بها و تنوعها و ما ترتب عنهامن آثار شملت كافة المـجـالات، و عليه فقـد دعـت الحـاجـة بـالمشـرع الجـزائـري إلـى وضع آليات هدفهـاالأساسي هــو مـكــافــحـة الــفــســاد و الــوقـايـة مــنـه. فأنشئت وفقا لذلك ،الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد و مكافحته ، و كذا الديوان المركزي لقمع الفسادو دعمت هذه الآليات أيضا بتدابير وقائية تباينت ما بين القطاعين العام و الخاص . الكلمـات الـمـفـتـاحـيـة: الفساد-مكافحة الفساد و الوقاية منه-الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد و مكافحته-الـقـانـون: 01/06المعدل و المتمم-الـديـوان الـمـركـزي لـقـمـع الـفـسـاد-الـتـدابـيـر الـوقـائــيـة. Abstract: The phénomène of corruption is one of mostdangerousphenomenaregardlessof the reasonsrelated to it and its implications included all areas , andaccordingly to the Algerian legislatorneeds to set up mechanismswhose maingoal is to fight and combat corruption and preventionfromit. Thus , the National Authority for the prevention and combating of corruptionwasestablished in addition to the central office for the suppression ofcorruption.
