تعد بورصة القيم المنقولة من أضخم الأجهزة المالية التي تمثل القوة الاقتصادية لأي دولة، وبعد تبني الدولة الجزائرية لنظام إقتصادي جديد وصدور المرسوم رقم 93-10 المتعلق ببورصة القيم المنقولة الذي جاء بمجموعة من المواد التي تقر الحماية القانونية لبورصة القيم المنقولة سواء مدنيا أو جزائيا، حيث سعى المشرع الجزائري إلى إنشاء سوق آمنة من خلال تجريمه لكافة أشكال الممارسات التي تهدد سلامة البورصة لترقية الاستثمار الخاص وبالتالي النهوض بالإقتصاد الوطني. Abstract: The stock exchange is one of the largest financial institutions that reflects the economic strength of any country. Following Algeria’s adoption of a new economic system and the issuance of Decree No. 93-10 concerning the stock exchange, several provisions were enacted to provide legal protection for the stock market, both civilly and criminally. The Algerian legislator aimed to establish a secure market by criminalizing all practices that could undermine the integrity of the stock exchange, with the goal of encouraging private investment and thereby boosting the national economy.
